Dallas Cowboys Training Camp 2026 in Oxnard
Football season begins early in Oxnard as the Dallas Cowboys return to California for their 2026 Training Camp.
From July 29 through August 18, fans can watch the team prepare for the upcoming NFL season at River Ridge Playing Fields. Open practices are free to attend, giving visitors an opportunity to see players, coaches and new roster additions from much closer than they would during a regular-season game.
What to Expect at Cowboys Training Camp
The 2026 camp includes several open practices, special fan experiences and community events.
One of the main highlights is Cowboys Back Together Saturday on August 1. The programme includes live entertainment, giveaways, appearances by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and an official opening ceremony before practice.
Heroes Appreciation Day takes place on August 6, while the Oxnard portion of training camp concludes on August 18 with a joint practice involving the New Orleans Saints. Practice times and activities may change, so visitors should review the official schedule before travelling.
Admission and Parking
General admission to open practices is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited parking is available through the City of Oxnard for $20 per vehicle.
Visitors who want a closer view can purchase optional sideline access or hospitality experiences in advance. These upgrades are not required to attend the public practices.
