My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It’s so close to the sand and the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The beach is not crowded at all. The rooftop patio is such a nice spot to hangout, catch up with family and have s’mores. The kids LOVED the arcade room on the third floor and it gave the adults time to spend together downstairs and relax. The house is newly constructed and every room has a bathroom! They have an on demand hot water heater so no need to worry about running out of hot water. Home is SO CLEAN. The cleaners do a great job and you can tell they are meticulous by the vacuum lines they leave on the sofas. The house is VERY well stocked with essentials, beach equipment and very organized. The heated outdoor shower was a nice plus to help get the sand off. The host is very responsive to messages and they are very kind. We will not hesitate to book with these hosts again. We recommend this home 100%, especially for families with kids.

We really enjoyed staying at this property where we were able to have all our family together for a fun week at the beach. Everything in the house was new and decorated with high end tasteful furnishings. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was amazing. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Loved the console tables in each bedroom that could double as a work area which we used. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked our own meals most nights so having a big island and 2 sinks gave lots of prep and counter space along with amble storage. Loved the big table that could accommodate a lot of people for meals or playing games. Everything you could want for the beach was available in the garage. Matthew was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We had a fun time playing at the beach and going for walks and bike rides. Definitely happy with our choice.

Our expectations were met, and we had set them higher than usual! We had 3 family units (10 people), and everyone’s needs were accommodated. We were willing to pay a little extra for more accommodations, and we were not disappointed. Also, communication with the host from start to finish was great, and checking in and out were a breeze. If we come to this area again, we will definitely look to see if this property is available.

Our original booking was cancelled 30 days prior to our vacation. My entire family was panicking looking for a new spot that could accommodate all of us and provide the amenities we wanted. We found this place and the host, from the start, was super responsive, friendly, and helpful in navigating all of our needs and questions. When we arrived, everything was exactly as listed. Clean, beautiful, the perfect set up and only steps from Silverstrand beach.Throughout the trip we had a few questions and needs that were addressed lightning fast. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Oxnard. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. I really loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom. The rooftop deck was so cozy and my teenage nephews (along with myself😉) loved the game room. Truly, the layout of the home is perfect!The location was great and just steps from a quiet, stunning beach where we enjoyed morning walks, sunset views, and even spotted dolphins!
